Rooms were comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Fridge actually wasn’t broken! All pieces on door were usable so we could store food. Shower was a good height and spacious enough for my 6’2” husband! Breakfast was delicious and was ready and available early as we were there for a swim meet with our kids and were out the door at 7:05am. Enough parking spots were open to park too!

Beautiful property! I loved the pond area and the large deck off the pool area. Rooms are updated and very nice. Pillows were excellent, and beds we’re comfortable. Shower had wonderful water pressure and we enjoyed the Dove products that were provided. Breakfast was also great with lots of options!

Big kudos and thanks to Mimi at the front desk.This hotel is going through a major renovation it seems. Our first room didn’t have hot water. Right away Mimi helped move us to a different room and made sure everything was working. Her friendly service was memorable!

The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch. Very attentive staff. I was picking up my daughter from school for spring break and severe weather prevented us from getting back on the road. HIE provided safe haven. We were relieved.

Jacuzzi in the room was amazing! Bed was comfortable! Very roomy very clean! Staff was very kind. Our 3rd time staying with them.

excellent location off the highway so you don’t get traffic noise. The location works for me. it’s a nice hotel, clean and friendly. I have stayed there a few different times in my travels coming back from Florida to Canada. I like the fact that there is a large grocery store across the street

This property was very nice and clean and the location to BGSU was perfect. The hot breakfast was delicious as well.
